David Marshall, DDS

Dental Care Experience

Dr. David Marshall, a native of Charlottesville, Virginia, has dedicated his career to delivering comprehensive dental care with a focus on innovation and compassion. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Virginia Tech University, he achieved his DDS from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry. His commitment to excellence led him to complete an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency in Abingdon, Virginia, where he played a pivotal role in establishing a community dental clinic to serve patients in Southwest Virginia and parts of Tennessee.

Dr. Marshall’s advanced training includes completing the Alabama Implant Education course, the Comprehensive Implant Residency Program and an IV Sedation course through the Foundry Residency Program in Alabama. This specialized education enables him to provide a wide range of services, from routine care to complex dental implant procedures, all within a comfortable and stress-free environment.

When he’s not helping patients achieve their dental goals, Dr. David Marshall enjoys spending time outdoors, fishing, kayaking, hiking and target shooting. His other passions include gardening, riding motorcycles, attending concerts and playing guitar—a lifelong hobby that reflects his creative side.
