Dr. Andrew Armbrister has provided advanced dental care to patients in East Tennessee for more than 20 years, building a career centered on innovation, precision, and life-changing restorative treatment. In 2011, Dr. Armbrister introduced same-day crown and bridge treatment at his practice, using digital CAD/CAM technology, enabling patients to receive high-quality ceramic restorations in a single visit. This early adoption of digital dentistry helped establish his practice as a regional leader in advanced restorative care. He has also trained with leading implant clinicians worldwide, refining advanced techniques in dental implant placement, bone grafting, and full-arch reconstruction. Today, he focuses extensively on full-arch implant solutions, providing patients with permanent alternatives to dentures and restoring both function and confidence.
At Martin Dentistry in Johnson City, Dr. Armbrister and his team provide a fully integrated approach to implant dentistry. Their office features an in-house custom dental laboratory and advanced digital workflow that allows treatment to be planned, designed, and delivered from start to finish under one roof.

Beyond dentistry, Dr. Armbrister’s greatest pride is his life with his wife, Christina, and their blended family of five children and a growing number of grandchildren.
