MEET DR. ARMSTRONG
William Armstrong, DDS
Dr. Armstrong graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry with a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree, and upon graduation was commissioned as a Naval Dental officer with the rank of Lieutenant. He was assigned to the 12th Dental CO 2nd FSSG – Fleet Marine Force and served the Marine Airwing at Marine Corp Air Station in Beaufort, SC July from 1978-1981. He was honorably discharged in 1990 and has been in private practice since that time.
Dr. Armstrong enjoys helping his elderly parents and spending time with his son, Curtis and two grandchildren, Reagan and Bo. He is a member of First United Methodist Church in Elizabethton, has a private pilot and commercial license, enjoys playing tennis, fly fishing, and playing guitar with the “Thursday Night Boys”.
William Armstrong, DDS, practiced for more than 40 years before his office merged with Martin Dentistry. His hygienists and staff have worked with him for 15 to 30 years and value a family atmosphere with each other and their patients.
