For patients without dental insurance, our membership plan is a simple and affordable annual subscription that includes regular cleanings, exams, and x-rays at no extra cost, plus discounts on additional services.
There are no deductibles, no annual maximums, waiting periods, claim denials, pre-approvals, or other restrictions. Your benefits start as soon as you sign up!
