Jack Holly, DDS

Dr. Holly received his Bachelor of Science Degree from ETSU and graduated from the University of Tennessee Dental School in 1976. He is currently a member of The American Dental Association, Tennessee Dental Association, First District Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, American College of Dentists, International College of Dentists, and the Southeastern Academy of Prosthodontists.

Dr. Holly is also the past president of the First District Dental Society, served as a delegate in the Tennessee Dental Association, was awarded Fellowship Academy of General Dentistry, and is a Fellow of the Tennessee Dental Society. He has also been awarded "Best Dentist of the Year" in Carter County in 2007, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 & 2018.

Dr. Holly has been practicing in his hometown of Elizabethton since 1976. He is an active resident of the community and a member of First Baptist Church. He is currently a member of the Elizabethton Rotary Club and has served as past president of the Elizabethton Rotary Club. He is a Paul Harris fellow of Rotary International, a past Board of Director Member of the Boys and Girls Club, and currently a member of the local Elizabethton High School Touchdown Club. Dr. Holly is married, the father of two sons, and a grandfather of five.
